For all Big Bear Ice Arena programs, participation in any session of any class, clinic, or program will negate our right to give a refund. It is advised that all potential program participants carefully read the description of all classes and clinics to ensure that they understand the event in which they are paying. In the event that a class is canceled, a refund is warranted and will be given.
