- March 1st, 2024 - D2, C3 Leagues.
- April 4th, 2024 - D3 League.

AGES
The Big Bear Adult Hockey League is open to participants ages 18 and over.
GAMES
10-game Regular Season Schedule.
Double Elimination Playoffs.
Tier I and Tier II Championships.
1 hour and 15 minute game slots
Period lengths:
1st – 20 minute run
2nd – 20 minute run
3rd – 15 minute stop

All games of the Big Bear Adult Hockey League will be held at the Big Bear Ice Arena, located at 8580 East Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230.
DIVISION SKILL GUIDE
C3 – Players have moderate experience. Junior, AAA, AA.
C4 – Players have moderate experience. AAA, AA, A.
D2 – Players may have some prior experience. AA, A, house, prior adult league experience.
D4 – Players have mostly only adult league or recreational experience.
D3 – Players have mostly only adult league or recreational experience.
FREE AGENTS REGISTRATION
If you are looking to secure your spot as a free agent in the Big Bear Adult Hockey League, we invite you to register for one of our available free agents teams within your desired division. Choose from teams like Bear Red, Bear Yellow, Bear Navy, and Bear Green. By joining one of these teams, you'll not only secure your place in the league but also have the opportunity to connect with other free agents and form new connections on the ice.
COST AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
COST
- Individual Player registration $285.00.
- Goalies Fee: $99.00.
PLAYOFF ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible for playoff games, players must have played in at least 5 regular season games for Winter.
SUBS
The BBAHL will not be allowing ‘pay-to-play’ sub players in the Spring-24 season.
REFUNDS
The following refund policy will continue for the Spring-24 season:
- If a player needs a refund and has a player sign up in their place, they will receive a pro-rated refund based on the team’s games played.
- If a player needs a refund but does not have a player to register in their place, they will be given a refund equal to 50% of the pro-rated refund based on the team’s games played.
- If a player is removed from the league due to poor on or off ice conduct, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
