Yoga for Skaters: Improve your flexibility, strength, and focus

 

Hockey players … Did you know that many NHL players practice yoga?   It’s true.  The incredible stretches and deep breathing increases the blood supply to your muscles and ligaments which reduces the chance of injury.  Check out the benefits of yoga on NHL.com.   
 
Figure skaters… Did you know that Sasha Cohen practices yoga at least 4 times a week and credits yoga for her extraordinary flexibility, balance, and strength?
 
Dates:  Depends on enrolment 
Time:  6:00 PM
 
Price:  $10
 
Parents, siblings, grandparents, friends, and coaches, etc.,  are welcome to take this class.
