In the event that a team registered to participate in the Mile High Tournament Series, cancels their registration, penalties may be assessed.

• If cancelled within 10 days of the event, no refund will be issued;
  
• if cancelled between 11 and 30 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued;
  
• if cancelled between 31 and 60 days before the event, a 75% refund will be issued;
  
• if cancelled with greater than 60 days before an event, 100% of the fee will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of: $500 for Tours, $50 for Tournaments and Camps, and $25 for Tryouts.If cancelled within 10 days of the event, no refund will be issued;
